Job Overview
As a Layout Carpenter / Surveyor, you will review blueprints, perform site layout and elevation checks, maintain “as-built” documentation, and manage survey equipment to ensure precise, high-quality construction outcomes on a variety of projects.
Requirements

Certified Journeyman Carpenter or equivalent experience

Minimum 5 years of relevant construction/layout experience

Proficiency reading blueprints and construction drawings

Experience with Trimble Robotic Total Station and survey tools

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

Experience on high-rise, mixed-use, commercial, and institutional projects preferred

Knowledge of AutoCAD layout preparation

WHMIS 2015, SCOT or CSTS, and Fall Protection certifications (can be provided if needed)
