The Job
• Attending to user troubleshooting on site and remotely.
• Installing and upgrading computer hardware and software, system networks, printers, and scanners.
• Maintain up-to-date reports related to IT infrastructure for decision making.
• Provide end user support to employees and students to solve IT issues escalated through the help desk.
• Ability to maintain ERP systems, UPS systems, and CCTV systems.
• The Person
• Degree or Higher National Diploma in IT specializing in Networking, Cyber Security, Information Technology.
• Keen knowledge and understanding of troubleshooting hardware and software.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in handling IT troubleshooting.
• Ability to adapt to new systems, processes, and technology.
• Excellent team player having ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of industry-standard computer hardware and software systems.
