Your Role & Evening Routine

Our goal is to make your job as easy as possible! We try to handle the “heavy lifting” before we head out, but we need someone who can step in and take over if the timing shifts. Your evening will look like:

• The Handover: Arriving as we prepare to leave. If Liam is still up, you’ll hang out with him, maybe read a story or play a quiet game.

• Bedtime Support: If he isn’t asleep yet, you’ll guide him through the final steps of his bedtime routine and get him tucked in.
