Core Responsibilities

  • Public Area Maintenance: Clean and sanitize designated zones, including restrooms, lobbies, hallways, and executive offices.

  • Event Space Care: Maintain banquet, meeting, and conference rooms, ensuring they are reset and polished following daytime functions.

  • Floor & Surface Care: Perform tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, and waxing floors to maintain a high-gloss, luxury appearance.

  • Guest Support: Serve as a frontline responder for guest requests (e.g., delivering extra towels, pillows, or amenities) and assist in guest room cleaning when required.

  • Deep Cleaning & Projects: Execute periodic heavy-duty tasks, including mattress flipping, moving heavy furniture, and specific “deep clean” cycles for designated areas.

  • Safety & Reporting: Identify and report maintenance deficiencies or items in need of repair to the engineering department immediately.

  • Inventory Management: Ensure supply rooms are organized and fully stocked to support the housekeeping team’s efficiency.

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding labor, including lifting heavy objects, operating industrial cleaning machinery, and remaining on your feet for an entire shift.
