Job Summary: Evening Care Professional

Key Responsibilities

Companionship: Offer genuine conversation, monitor wellbeing, provide medication reminders, and encourage engagement through social outings and hobbies.

Home Help: Assist with light housekeeping, meal planning and preparation, errands, grocery shopping, and pet care.

Personal Care: Provide sensitive support with bathing, dressing, grooming, continence care, and assistance with eating and drinking.

Dementia & Alzheimer’s Support: Deliver specialized, professional care tailored to clients living with cognitive impairments.
Requirements

Passion & Character: No prior experience or formal qualifications are required. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, trustworthy, respectful, and genuinely passionate about supporting others.

Availability: Must be available for at least three weekdays between 5:00 PM and 10:30 PM, and every other weekend.

Transportation: A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are strictly required.

Language: A good standard of written and spoken English.

Checks: This role is subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure and comprehensive reference checks.
