ExpertEase Tuition is seeking enthusiastic and innovative educators to join our team as English, Maths, and Science Tutors in Luton. As an alternative provision provider, we specialize in delivering high-quality, personalized learning packages to students who may be disengaged from mainstream education. Key Responsibilities

Instructional Delivery: Deliver engaging, face-to-face, one-to-one lessons during the school day for primary, secondary, and post-16 learners.

Curriculum Design: Plan high-quality lessons tailored specifically to the unique needs and abilities of each student.

Progress Tracking: Complete regular tutor reports to meticulously document student progress and achievements.

Requirements

Experience: Proven tutoring or teaching experience is required.

Subject Knowledge: Strong command of English, Maths, or Science, with thorough familiarity with the current KS2–KS4 syllabus.

Professional Standards: A personable, professional nature and the ability to work as a self-employed contractor.

Compensation & Terms
