As an alternative provision provider, we specialize in delivering high-quality, personalized learning packages to students who may be disengaged from mainstream education. Key Responsibilities

• Instructional Delivery: Deliver engaging, face-to-face, one-to-one lessons during the school day for primary, secondary, and post-16 learners.

• Curriculum Design: Plan high-quality lessons tailored specifically to the unique needs and abilities of each student.

• Progress Tracking: Complete regular tutor reports to meticulously document student progress and achievements.

• Holistic Mentoring: Provide guidance beyond academics, supporting students with their career goals and personal interests.

• Safe Learning Environment: Maintain a secure, inclusive, and encouraging space where young people feel empowered to learn.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven tutoring or teaching experience is required.

• Subject Knowledge: Strong command of English, Maths, or Science, with thorough familiarity with the current KS2–KS4 syllabus.

• Professional Standards: A personable, professional nature and the ability to work as a self-employed contractor.

• Safeguarding: Commitment to our safer recruitment procedures, including an enhanced DBS check and completion of relevant training (Safeguarding, PREVENT, Equality and Diversity).

• Eligibility: Must have the legal right to work in the UK on a self-employed basis.

Compensation & Terms

• Structure: Part-time, self-employed contractor position.
