Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing and initial screening to final offer negotiations and onboarding.

• Technical Sourcing: Identify and attract top-tier talent for diverse IT roles, including software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data analytics.

• Candidate Evaluation: Conduct in-depth interviews to assess both technical competencies and cultural alignment with the company’s values.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and provide regular updates on the talent pipeline.

• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on UAE labor laws and local IT market trends to ensure competitive hiring strategies.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience specifically in technical/IT recruitment.

• Location: Must be currently based in the UAE.

• Availability: Preference will be given to candidates available for immediate joining.
