As a Document Control Clerk, you will support project leads by maintaining the systematic collection, filing, and safekeeping of technical documentation. Your role involves organizing officially transmitted correspondence from clients and vendors, managing electronic and physical records, and ensuring all project documents are tracked accurately via a numbering system to facilitate efficient retrieval and final turnover.

| Primary Duties | Managing project filing matrices, tracking RFIs/PCRs, compiling turnover packages, updating project logs, and ensuring electronic/physical document retention. |
| Min. Qualifications |
• High School Diploma or GED • 3 years document control experience preferred |
| Technical Skills | Intermediate MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook) and Adobe; ability to learn pipeline industry nomenclature and management software. |
| Preference | Preference given to Doyon Shareholders and descendants (ANCSA). |
