Dishwasher/Utility
Red Lobster in Ottawa is seeking a reliable Dishwasher/Utility team member to support kitchen operations and maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Kitchen & Cleaning Duties
• Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant according to safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash and sanitize dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
• Safely operate dishwashers and other kitchen equipment.
• Empty trash from the kitchen and other restaurant areas.
Support & Collaboration
• Assist Cooks with prep work and preparation of signature items, including Cheddar Bay biscuits.
• Work as a cohesive kitchen team, prioritizing both guest satisfaction and team support.
• Follow all cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Must meet the minimum legal age to work and be authorized to work in Canada.
• Culinary experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Stand and move throughout the restaurant for 8–12 hour shifts.
• Team-oriented, detail-focused, and able to multitask efficiently.
