Job Overview:
As a Dishwasher, you will ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment while maintaining a safe and orderly work environment. You will contribute to efficient kitchen operations and support the team in delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, trays, and utensils.

• Polish silverware using burnishing machines, chemical dips, buffing wheels, and hand cloths.

• Maintain kitchen work areas and equipment in a clean, organized, and safe condition.

• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces.

• Remove trash and clean garbage containers.

• Assist in loading, unloading, and transferring supplies and equipment.

• Perform other duties as assigned to support smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

• Physical ability to carry out duties including lifting and standing for extended periods.

• Previous dishwashing or industrial washing machine experience preferred but not required.

• Team-oriented with attention to detail and safety.

Schedule:

• Part-time, SAT to TUE, 3 PM – 7 PM.
