About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy District Manager based in Indianapolis to oversee our Indiana territory. In this role, you will be the primary link between AriZona and our network of distributors, responsible for building the strategic relationships that drive sales productivity and brand presence. This position requires a self-motivated leader who can confidently present to sales teams, manage field personnel, and execute comprehensive revenue plans to maintain our dominant position in the beverage industry.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Work directly with Distributors Brand Managers / Senior Managers / Ownership

Work directly with Wholesale Brand Managers / Senior Managers

Work directly with Retail Buyers / Category Managers / Ownership

Build Revenue / Volume / KPI’s Plans

Ability to present out in front of sales teams

Ability to manage a Field Sales Team
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
-
Proven work experience as a manager in the beverage industry.

7+ years of solid experience in sales, alcohol sales experience a plus.

Excellent analytical and organizational skills ( Excel and PowerPoint required)

Strong communication skills

Must be able to work independently

Ability to lead and motivate sales teams at the distributor

Availability to travel, as needed with overnight stays

Must have clean drivers license.

BS Degree preferred
