Job Duties


  • Define the long-term global marketing vision and equity strategy for the makeup category to drive worldwide market share.

  • Lead the end-to-end development of global product launch 360-degree campaigns, from white-space identification to creative execution.

  • Collaborate with the Product Development team to influence the innovation pipeline based on global consumer trends and regional needs.

  • Direct the creation of all global marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency across digital, social, retail, and print platforms.

  • Manage the global marketing budget to prioritize high-growth markets and high-impact media channels.

  • Analyze global sales data and category performance to provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

  • Partner with regional marketing leads in EMEA, APAC, and LATAM to ensure local relevance of global brand strategies.

  • Oversee the visual merchandising and in-store experience strategy for the makeup category on a global scale.

  • Mentor a high-performing team of global marketing managers to foster a culture of creative excellence and commercial rigor.

  • Lead the strategy for global influencer and advocacy programs to increase brand reach and community engagement.


Requirements


  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrate extensive experience in global brand marketing, specifically within the prestige or mass makeup industry.

  • Show a proven track record of successfully managing global product launches and multi-million dollar budgets.

  • Exhibit a deep understanding of the global beauty landscape, including competitor activities and ingredient trends.

  • Possess exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional and regional stakeholders.

  • Apply advanced analytical skills to interpret complex global market data and consumer insights.

  • Communicate a sophisticated brand vision through compelling storytelling and executive-level presentations.

  • Manage multiple high-stakes global projects simultaneously within a fast-paced New York headquarters.

  • Display a high degree of cultural intelligence and experience working with international markets.

  • Commit to a full-time role based in New York, NY, with the capacity for international travel.
