Job Duties


  • Architect a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with long-term business objectives and market positioning.

  • Direct all multi-channel marketing campaigns from initial concept through to final execution and reporting.

  • Oversee the creative direction to ensure visual and verbal consistency across every consumer touchpoint.

  • Manage the annual marketing budget with a focus on high-impact allocations and measurable ROI.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and growth.

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of marketing professionals to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.

  • Collaborate with product and sales departments to integrate brand messaging into the entire customer journey.

  • Negotiate and manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and strategic partners.

  • Establish key performance indicators to track brand health, awareness, and sentiment across the US market.

  • Present regular performance updates and strategic roadmaps to the executive leadership team.


Requirements


  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field of study.

  • Demonstrate extensive experience leading brand marketing functions within a fast-paced corporate environment.

  • Show a proven track record of scaling established brands or successfully launching new product lines.

  • Possess deep expertise in digital marketing, social media ecosystems, and traditional advertising channels.

  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Maintain a strong network of industry contacts and creative partners within the New York market.

  • Apply advanced analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.

  • Display a sophisticated understanding of consumer psychology and modern brand storytelling.

  • Exercise decisive leadership and the ability to thrive under high-pressure deadlines.

  • Work full-time from the New York, NY office with occasional travel as required by the business.
