Job Duties


  • Develop high-impact visual concepts for large-scale corporate events and experiential marketing activations.

  • Produce a wide range of digital and print assets including event signage, environmental graphics, and social media content.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to translate strategic goals into cohesive visual identities for specific campaigns.

  • Manage the end-to-end design process from initial mood boards and sketches to final production-ready files.

  • Oversee relationships with external printers and fabrication vendors to ensure quality control and timely delivery of physical assets.

  • Maintain an organized library of brand assets and templates to ensure global consistency across all platforms.

  • Create immersive 3D mockups or floor plans to visualize event layouts and branded environments.

  • Refine existing brand guidelines to adapt to evolving design trends and business needs.

  • Present design iterations to internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final versions.

  • Support the lead producers during on-site event setup to ensure all design elements are installed correctly.


Requirements


  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related creative discipline.

  • Demonstrate a professional portfolio that showcases a strong grasp of typography, layout, and spatial design.

  • Show advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

  • Exhibit experience designing for physical spaces, large-format printing, or experiential marketing.

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously under tight deadlines without compromising on quality.

  • Possess a sophisticated eye for color theory and modern aesthetic trends within the events industry.

  • Communicate design rationale clearly to non-creative team members and executive leadership.

  • Apply a meticulous attention to detail during the pre-flight and production phases of print design.

  • Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team based in the New York office.

  • Adapt design styles to suit a variety of audiences while staying true to core brand values.
