Job Duties

  • Execute end-to-end design projects for large-scale corporate events, trade shows, and brand activations.

  • Develop high-impact visual assets for integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social platforms.

  • Translate brand guidelines into immersive environmental graphics and physical spatial layouts.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce promotional collateral that drives attendee engagement and lead generation.

  • Create detailed technical mockups and renderings for external vendors and production partners.

  • Manage multiple design workstreams simultaneously while adhering to strict project deadlines and event schedules.

  • Maintain a consistent visual identity across all touchpoints to reinforce brand authority in the market.

  • Present creative concepts to internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final production files.


Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related creative discipline.

  • Demonstrate professional experience in event-specific design or experiential marketing environments.

  • Exhibit mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

  • Showcase a portfolio that highlights versatility in both digital media and physical environmental design.

  • Understand the technical specifications required for large-format printing and hardware production.

  • Communicate design rationale clearly to non-creative team members and executive leadership.

  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced, live-event atmosphere.

  • Reside in or relocate to the New York City area for on-site collaboration and event oversight.
