What You Will Do

The Provincial Designated Managing Broker will lead the effective supervision of eXp Realty brokerage activities throughout the province. Aiding our professionals in providing superior real estate expertise to their consumers, this role is responsible for all functional components required to satisfy provincial licensing statutes, MLS participation, and board memberships, alongside transaction auditing, regulatory instruction, and the eXp Risk Management initiative. This individual will possess an outstanding history as a directing real estate manager of a mid-to-large-scale firm, a mastery of provincial-level brokerage, an ability to motivate collectives, a cooperative spirit, and an infinite work drive. They must be socially adept while also maintaining the skill to execute protocols and frameworks.

  • Implement the eXp Risk Management Program and provide essential mitigation resources to professionals.

  • Oversee and execute the continuous improvement of provincial and corporate operational handbooks.

  • Provide supervision for consumer-oriented promotional efforts.

  • Negotiate and resolve conflicts between eXp professionals within the province as needed.

  • Foster creative methods for the firm to efficiently aid its expanding provincial professional base.

  • Aid eXp Growth Leaders by engaging positively with teams and individuals interested in joining the firm.

  • Produce monthly data reports for executive staff regarding Brokerage Operations metrics.

  • Offer guidance and leadership to Managing Brokers and administrative staff within the province where applicable.

  • Lead recurring training on federal and provincial property law, including FINTRAC protocols, DNC requirements, Privacy Policies, and the Competition Act.

  • Consult effectively with professionals to solve issues related to complex or challenging transaction matters.
