• Transporting household goods in a fully furnished vehicle and delivering outstanding guest-centric care.
• Collaborating with the digital retail group and guest support hub to address service restoration scenarios such as product returns and reimbursements.
• Reaching performance benchmarks for the Digital Retail Sector.
• Navigating the transport vehicle securely while following all traffic regulations.
• Keeping the transport vehicle in a superior state of hygiene and mechanical reliability.
• Additional tasks as localized.
You possess:
• A legitimate, complete Class 5 Alberta operator’s permit.
• A pristine driving history record.
• Background in a guest relations-focused capacity.
• A robust professional drive and a proactive mindset.
• Physical capacity to hoist up to 40 lbs, along with endurance for sitting, crouching, ascending, shoving, and executing transport tasks in various climate scenarios, throughout both daylight and evening hours.
• Skill in utilizing portable hardware, encompassing navigation software and mobile devices.
