Levicann is a boutique cannabis retail store located in the vibrant Eglinton community. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about the cannabis industry to join our team in a dual-capacity role. As a Delivery Driver, you are the final link in our sales chain, ensuring that orders are picked, verified, and delivered safely to our customers’ doorsteps while maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere.

In this role, you must be a local navigation expert and a compliant professional, strictly adhering to the AGCO (Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario) regulations. You will also serve as a Budtender, sharing product knowledge and building trust with our community.

OBLIGATIONS

• Order Logistics: Respond to Budtenders in-store to pick, verify, and pack orders correctly according to customer receipts.

• Safe Transport: Utilize your own vehicle to navigate Toronto comfortably during all store hours, ensuring orders reach the correct building and unit.

• Compliance & ID: Strictly verify government-issued photo identification at the time of delivery to ensure all recipients are 19+ (legal age in Ontario).

• Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of expertise regarding strains, brands, and accessories to answer customer queries during the transaction.

• Customer Experience: Build trust and loyalty through friendly, professional interactions, acting as the face of Levicann in the community.

• Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with in-store staff and management; assist with general store duties and inventory as assigned.

COMPETENCIES & CRITERIA

• Certification: CannSell Certification is mandatory (this is the Ontario-wide legal requirement for all cannabis retail staff).

• Transportation: Valid Driver’s License and a personal vehicle for use on deliveries.

• Documentation: Clean Driver’s Abstract and a clear Criminal Background Check are required.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, stack, and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs (22.5 kg).

• Technical Literacy: Comfortable using mobile apps for navigation and basic office software (MS Office/Google Cloud).

• Availability: Flexibility is key—must be able to work nights (Day shift preferred, Night shift required), weekends, and holidays.
