FAQ
Do I use my own car for NAPA deliveries? No. NAPA typically provides branded delivery vehicles, including fuel and insurance, for all work-related duties.
Is there room for growth? Absolutely. NAPA is known for promoting drivers into Counter Sales, Store Management, or Outside Sales roles.
What kind of parts will I be lifting? Parts can range from light lightbulbs and filters to heavy batteries, brake drums, and suspension components weighing up to 50 lbs.
Are the benefits available immediately? Health and dental benefits usually begin after a standard probationary period (typically 3 months).
What is NAPA’s “Professional Development”? This includes access to NAPA Excellence, an online and in-person training platform that teaches you about automotive systems and parts management.
Expert Analysis
In 2026, the average age of vehicles on Canadian roads has reached a record high, meaning the demand for repair parts is skyrocketing. NAPA’s business model is exceptionally resilient to economic shifts. For a driver, this means recession-proof job security. While the $18.55/hr rate is a starting point, the “real” value is significantly higher when you factor in employer-paid benefits and the lack of vehicle wear-and-tear costs.
Location & Logistics Guide
NAPA has several hubs across the GTA (including Etobicoke, Scarborough, and North York). Drivers must be comfortable with the “just-in-time” delivery model—repair shops often need a part while a car is already up on the lift, making your route efficiency critical.
