OBLIGATIONS

  • Order Verification: Double-check all invoices and parts before leaving the branch to ensure 100% accuracy for the customer.

  • Loading & Unloading: Safely organize automotive parts (ranging from small sensors to heavy brake rotors) into the delivery vehicle to prevent damage.

  • Rapid Delivery: Navigate local Toronto routes efficiently to meet the high-demand schedules of professional automotive technicians.

  • Customer Ambassadorship: Provide professional, polite, and helpful service at every drop-off point, reinforcing NAPA’s reputation for excellence.

  • Core Returns: Manage the retrieval of “core” parts and customer returns, ensuring they are documented and returned to the warehouse correctly.
