Key Responsibilities:
Ensures Customer Satisfaction:
• Follow Home Depot’s GET Model: Greet, Engage, Thank customers.
• Actively locate and assist customers throughout the store.
• Ask open-ended questions to determine project needs and customer expertise.
• Promote Home Depot services such as Special Services, Tool Rental, Pro Desk, and Pro Services.
Drives Sales:
• Discuss options (good, better, best) and suggest complementary products and services outside of the department.
• Educate customers about completing entire projects.
• Use empowerment programs to resolve customer needs.
• Maintain daily stock: sign, display, and clean all products.
Builds Skills and Knowledge:
• Stay current on all products in the department and adjacent areas.
• Actively seek knowledge on products and services to enhance customer interactions.
