About the Role

We are looking for dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Agents to join our 24/7 operations team based in Dematagoda, Colombo. The role requires flexibility to work on a roster basis and a strong command of English to deliver high-quality customer support to international clients.

Working Schedule
• Roster-based shifts with 9-hour workdays
• Availability to work any 5 days per week
• 24/7 operational environment
• Includes night shifts and early morning shifts
• Candidates with fixed or recurring personal commitments that limit shift flexibility are encouraged to refrain from applying

Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintain clear and detailed records of customer interactions
• Follow company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
• Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when required

Key Requirements
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory
• Willingness to work on a rotational roster, including night shifts
• Ability to work from the Dematagoda, Colombo location
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Previous customer service or call center experience is an advantage but not mandatory

Training & Compensation
• One month of paid training will be provided
• Training period salary will be the same as the confirmed role

Holidays & Calendar
• Mercantile holidays are not applicable
• Employees will follow either the USA or Australia holiday calendar, based on business requirements

Transport
• Company-provided transport for night shifts and early morning shifts
