A new Coffee Shop in Abuja is looking for an excellent customer services and sales attendant.
LOCATION – Maitama, Abuja
We are looking for a smart and articulate graduate
• To be the corporate “face and voice” of the Café
• To attend to walk-in and online clients in a courteous manner
• To take drink orders via social media, and in person
• To ensure that online deliveries meet clients’ requirements
• To serve clients in a courteous and timely manner
• To supervise support staff and maintain hygiene standards
• To maintain excellent customer service standards
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
• 2- 4 years of café experience
• Previous experience in hospitality is a must
• Warm personality and excellent communication skills
• Ability to write and communicate in proper English
• High integrity and warm (but firm) personality
• Must be available to resume immediately
