About the Role As a Customer Service Representative, you are the first point of contact and the face of the store. Your mission is to provide lightning-fast service, greeting every guest within 8 seconds and managing orders with accuracy and a smile. You’ll be a versatile player in the shop—handling cash, upselling our latest deals, and maintaining a spotless customer area. Beyond the front counter, you’ll dive into the kitchen to assist our Pizza Makers with dough and toppings, ensuring every order is stocked and ready to go.


Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Taking orders over phone and in person

  • Greeting customers within 8 seconds

  • Up selling

  • Cash handling

  • Keeping the customer area clean

  • Assisting Pizza Makers with toppings and dough

  • Stocking and folding boxes
