About the Role

In this position, you will be the face of our brand, balancing high-quality service with efficient store maintenance. You will be responsible for everything from expert product recommendations and seamless point-of-sale transactions to the physical upkeep of the store. Whether you are replenishing stock from a recent shipment or ensuring the sales floor is clean and inviting, your efforts ensure our location remains a safe, respectful, and professional environment for both shoppers and staff.

Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred • Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred • Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required • Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required • Strong organizational and communication skills are required • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required
