Job Overview
As a Customer Service Agent, you will assist guests through check-in, boarding, deplaning, and airport navigation. You will provide exceptional service, troubleshoot travel disruptions, manage baggage issues, and ensure safety and efficiency while working flexible part-time schedules averaging 20–30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a safe, welcoming, and positive airport experience for all guests

  • Assist with check-in, self-serve kiosks, ticketing, and reservations

  • Support boarding, deplaning, and aircraft preparation for on-time departures

  • Troubleshoot itinerary changes, delayed flights, and baggage issues

  • Uphold company service standards and professional conduct

  • Follow all safety, security, and operational procedures

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role

  • Strong communication and computer skills; proficiency with Windows-based software

  • Ability to walk long distances, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs

  • Flexible availability for shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays

  • Previous airline, travel, tourism, or hospitality experience is an asset

  • Proficient in reading and understanding English
