Job Duties


  • Develop and deploy targeted lifecycle messaging across email, SMS, and in-app notification channels.

  • Build automated marketing workflows that guide customers through the onboarding and retention journey.

  • Draft concise and engaging copy tailored to specific customer segments and behavioral triggers.

  • Coordinate with the product team to ensure messaging alignment with new feature launches and updates.

  • Execute A/B tests on subject lines, creative assets, and delivery timing to optimize engagement rates.

  • Monitor key performance indicators including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics.

  • Segment customer databases based on purchase history, engagement levels, and demographic data.

  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all direct-to-consumer communication touchpoints.

  • Troubleshooting technical issues within the messaging platform to ensure reliable message delivery.

  • Report on campaign performance trends to inform future customer marketing strategies.


Requirements


  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related business field.

  • Demonstrate experience managing high-volume messaging campaigns in a professional environment.

  • Show proficiency with marketing automation platforms and customer relationship management software.

  • Exhibit strong copywriting skills with a focus on driving specific user actions.

  • Apply analytical skills to interpret campaign data and suggest actionable improvements.

  • Manage multiple project timelines simultaneously in a fast-paced New York office setting.

  • Understand the technical foundations of email deliverability and mobile messaging regulations.

  • Collaborate effectively with creative and technical teams to produce high-quality assets.
