Job Duties

Execute Lifecycle Campaigns: Manage end-to-end deployment of automated and ad-hoc messaging across email, SMS, and push notification channels.

Copywriting & Creative: Draft compelling, action-oriented copy for marketing triggers that align with specific user behaviors and brand milestones.

Technical Implementation: Build and test messaging templates using HTML/CSS within enterprise-level marketing automation platforms.

Calendar Management: Coordinate the messaging deployment schedule to ensure a balanced and high-impact cadence for the New York-based customer base.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion to identify growth opportunities.

A/B Testing: Conduct rigorous testing of subject lines, delivery times, and creative assets to continuously optimize engagement and revenue.

List Hygiene: Maintain the health of the marketing database by monitoring bounce rates, managing opt-outs, and ensuring high deliverability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Creative, Product, and Data teams to ensure messaging is accurate, on-brand, and technically sound.

Segmentation Strategy: Assist in defining complex user segments to deliver hyper-personalized content based on purchase history and demographics.

Compliance Management: Ensure all messaging campaigns adhere to CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and GDPR regulations.
Requirements

Education: Hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Experience: Demonstrate professional experience in digital messaging, specifically within email marketing or CRM operations.

MarTech Proficiency: Show hands-on experience with tools such as Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Technical Skills: Possess a foundational understanding of HTML/CSS specifically for email formatting and troubleshooting.

Analytical Mindset: Apply strong data literacy skills to interpret campaign results and provide actionable recommendations.

Communication: Exhibit exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different digital channels.

Organization: Display high attention to detail while managing complex deployment schedules and audience exclusion logic.

Agility: Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple project deadlines simultaneously.

Location: Reside in or be able to commute to the New York office for full-time participation and team collaboration.
