Job Duties

Execute targeted lifecycle messaging campaigns across email, SMS, and push notification channels to drive customer retention.

Draft compelling, concise copy for automated marketing triggers that align with specific user behaviors and milestones.

Build and test messaging templates using HTML/CSS and integrated marketing automation platforms.

Coordinate the deployment calendar to ensure a balanced cadence of communications across the New York-based customer segments.

Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends in open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics.

Perform regular A/B tests on subject lines, creative assets, and call-to-action buttons to optimize engagement.

Maintain the health of the customer database by monitoring bounce rates and managing opt-out preferences.

Collaborate with the creative and product teams to ensure messaging remains consistent with brand guidelines and product updates.

Assist in the segmentation of the user base to deliver highly personalized content based on purchase history and demographics.

Report weekly on messaging effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations for strategy adjustments.
Requirements

Hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related business field.

Demonstrate professional experience in digital messaging, specifically within email marketing or CRM roles.

Exhibit proficiency in marketing automation tools such as Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Show a strong understanding of email deliverability best practices and CAN-SPAM/GDPR compliance.

Apply basic technical skills in HTML and CSS for email template troubleshooting and formatting.

Communicate effectively through written copy that resonates with diverse consumer audiences.

Display high attention to detail when managing complex deployment schedules and audience exclusion lists.

Utilize analytical skills to interpret campaign results and present findings to internal stakeholders.

Manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Reside in or be willing to commute to the New York office for full-time collaboration.
