Job Overview: Customer Experience Executive (Part-Time)
Host & Stay, a rapidly growing holiday home management company with over 1,000 properties across the UK, is recruiting a Customer Experience Executive for Prestige Lodges in Allerthorpe (near York). This is a “boots on the ground” role that blends high-end hospitality with property management. You will serve as the primary link between lodge owners looking to maximize their investment and guests seeking a premium holiday experience.

Key Responsibilities
1. The Guest Journey

Arrival & Stay: Managing on-site check-ins, welcoming guests, and acting as a local area expert to enhance their holiday.

Issue Resolution: Taking full ownership of enquiries or complaints, whether they happen on-site or remotely, to ensure a 5-star experience.

Reputation Management: Responding to guest reviews and implementing corrective measures based on feedback patterns.
2. Owner Relations & Performance

Account Management: Holding quarterly on-site meetings with lodge owners to review property performance, invoicing, and maintenance.

3. On-Site Operations
