Job Title: Customer Care / Client Relations Officer

Location: Abuja/Owerri/Port Harcourt/Lagos (Physical & Virtual Support)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and professional Customer Care / Client Relations Officer to manage client communications both virtually and physically. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication while maintaining accurate records and supporting internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Attend to client inquiries via email, phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person visits in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about company services and guide clients through processes.
• Maintain clear and timely communication between clients and internal departments.
• Document all client interactions and update records on the company system.
• Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved and expectations are met.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings when required.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate issues appropriately.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• High level of computer proficiency (email, Microsoft Office, online tools).
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requests efficiently.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Professional attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Requirements
• Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or client relations is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or digital record-keeping tools is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly under pressure.
