Hand-Crafted Food Prep: Prepare “real food” by hand daily using classic cooking techniques; Chipotle facilities contain no freezers, microwaves, or can openers.

Station Versatility: Train for and operate confidently across all restaurant stations, including Grill, Cashier, Prep, Salsa, and Expo.

Culinary Execution: Master high-volume cooking and food preparation, ensuring all ingredients meet Chipotle’s “responsibly sourced” and “wholesome” standards.

Customer Interaction: Create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for every guest, maintaining high standards of hospitality and speed.

Cleanliness & Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized work environment at your assigned station, adhering to strict food safety protocols.

Team Collaboration: Support fellow team members to ensure smooth shifts and efficient service, especially during peak “rush” periods.
Requirements

Age: Must be at least 16 years old.

Attitude: A friendly, enthusiastic, and high-energy personality with a passion for serving others.

Language: Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the specific restaurant location.

Qualifications

Experience: No prior experience is required; Chipotle welcomes applicants with backgrounds in dishwashing, hosting, bartending, or no retail background at all.
