About the Role
As a Crew Member, you will be the heart of our restaurant operations, preparing real food by hand every single day—without a microwave or freezer in sight. You will receive comprehensive training to become confident across all stations, including the grill, prep, salsa, and expo. Your primary goal is to provide exceptional customer service and maintain the friendly, high-energy atmosphere our guests love. We value passion and enthusiasm over specific resumes; whether you have years of kitchen experience or are just starting out, we provide the tools you need to master our stations and advance within the company.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE
• A friendly, enthusiastic attitude • Passion for helping and serving others (both customers and team members) • Desire to learn how to cook (a lot) • Be at least 16 years old • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
