Job Duties

• Prepare real food by hand every day using classic cooking techniques without the use of microwaves or freezers.

• Execute various station responsibilities including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo with confidence and accuracy.

• Provide exceptional customer service to create the friendly and welcoming atmosphere guests expect.

• Follow specific recipes and procedures to ensure food is served with wholesome ingredients and no artificial preservatives.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace across all kitchen and service areas to ensure food safety.

• Collaborate with team members to manage high-volume service periods with efficiency and a positive attitude.

• Support the mission of making responsibly sourced food accessible to the local community.

• Engage in continuous training to master all culinary and service stations within the restaurant.
