Job Duties

Manage Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain high-level relationships with professional creators to drive product understanding and positive brand perception.

Act as On-Camera Talent: Serve as a product spokesperson across TikTok-owned channels, writing scripts and appearing in VOD or live sessions to explain new features.

Drive Product Advocacy: Identify and activate key creators who can influence the wider ecosystem to adopt new tools and monetization opportunities.

Execute Scalable Programs: Own the end-to-end execution of creator initiatives, managing timelines, communications, and pilot programs.

Translate Technical Concepts: Turn complex product updates and monetization data into relatable narratives that resonate with the professional creator community.

Gather Creator Insights: Collect feedback and behavioral data from the field to inform Product and Go-To-Market teams on how to improve the creator experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Creator Marketing, Monetization, and Communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and goal alignment.

Manage Communications: Handle day-to-day creator outreach and support for priority launches, ensuring creators feel informed and valued.
Requirements

Creator Ecosystem Fluency: Deep understanding of how professional creators operate, including their incentives, pain points, and decision-making processes.

Relationship Management: Proven ability to build trust and leverage creator partnerships to meet specific business metrics and product goals.

Media Presence: Comfortable being the “face” of a product; must be able to speak credibly and charismatically in unscripted or scripted video settings.

Program Management: Strong organizational skills with a track record of executing complex projects from inception to completion.

Strategic Communication: Ability to simplify technical jargon into actionable advice for creators while maintaining the brand’s voice.

Outcome-Focused: Ability to move beyond “vanity metrics” to drive measurable results in product adoption and creator trust.
Qualifications

Experience: Minimum qualifications include significant experience in creator partnerships, product marketing, or community strategy.

Education: Relevant background in communications, marketing, or business (experience as a creator is a significant plus).

Technical Familiarity: Understanding of video production workflows and digital monetization models.
