Corporate Lawyer/Solicitor

A well-established law firm in Abuja is seeking a Part-Time Corporate Lawyer to join its growing team of professionals.

Position Overview:

The successful candidate will handle corporate law matters, including Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) filings, trademark registrations, regulatory compliance, and related transactions.

Who Can Apply:
• 1–3 years of post-call experience with a keen interest and demonstrated expertise in corporate law.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong analytical ability and sound judgment.
• Must have access to a personal computer/laptop suitable for remote work.
• Membership in good standing with the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA).
