Bedoluxe Schools is a premier early childhood center dedicated to nurturing confident, curious, and well-rounded children in a safe and loving environment. We are seeking a Content Marketing Manager to build and grow our digital presence, connect deeply with parents, and communicate the unique warmth, quality, and innovation that define the Bedoluxe brand.
The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller and strategist who can plan, create, and manage compelling content that drives engagement, brand awareness, and enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Content Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with Bedoluxe Schools’ mission, seasonal campaigns, and enrollment goals.
• Content Creation & Management
• Write, edit, and publish high-quality social media posts, email newsletters that inform, inspire, and engage parents.
• Produce visual and video content (in collaboration with the digital team or photographer) that highlights classroom life, teachers, facilities, and special events.
• Manage all content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and the Bedoluxe website, ensuring brand consistency and visual excellence.
• Capture real moments of learning and play in a way that reflects the warmth and professionalism of Bedoluxe Schools.
• Brand Storytelling & Engagement
• Tell compelling stories about the children’s experiences, teacher impact, and school community that reinforce Bedoluxe’s brand values.
• Monitor and respond to parent inquiries, comments, and messages across platforms in a professional and empathetic tone.
• Collaborate with the Events & Admissions teams to promote key initiatives like open days, funfairs, parent seminars, and special milestones.
• Analytics & Growth
• Track and analyze content performance using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics).
• Generate monthly reports showing content reach, engagement, and conversion (enquiries/enrollments).
• Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to continuously improve audience engagement and reach.
• Partnership & Community Relations
• Collaborate with early childhood influencers, parent bloggers, and local communities to build brand partnerships and awareness.
• Create and manage Bedoluxe parent community content — newsletters, testimonials, and success stories.
• Create monthly content calendars covering social media, blog, website, newsletters, and community events.
• Define content pillars (e.g., early childhood development, parenting tips, school updates, staff highlights, testimonials, and events).
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1–3 years of content marketing experience, preferably within education, childcare, or lifestyle sectors.
• Proven ability to create engaging written and visual content for social media and digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, SEO basics, and content analytics.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and creative design sensibility.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
• A passion for children, family engagement, and education is essential.

Pay: ₦70, ₦100,000.00 per month
