As an integral member of “Team Hilton,” the intern will support reward and recognition strategies for the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region. This position blends analytical data management with creative communication, offering hands-on experience in salary surveys, bonus programs, and well-being initiatives. Starting September 1, 2026 , this internship provides a structured learning framework, mentorship from senior leaders, and a direct look into the mechanics of global HR operations.


 Key Responsibilities

The intern will contribute to the continued success of the MEA region through several core HR pillars:

  • Reward Projects: Support the annual compensation review process, participate in salary surveys, and assist in the administration of bonus programs.

  • Benefits & Wellbeing: Contribute to the design and promotion of employee wellbeing initiatives, working with HR partners to evolve Hilton’s “offer” to its staff.

  • Data & Insights: Research regional market trends and conduct data analysis to produce actionable reports for senior leadership decision-making.

  • Recognition & Engagement: Collaborate with Team Member Resource Groups (TMRGs) to support engagement activities and foster a culture of belonging.

  • Creative Communication: Produce internal content to market and bring benefits and wellbeing programs to life for a diverse workforce.

  • Strategic Support: Prepare materials for senior leadership meetings and maintain high standards of administrative accuracy across C&B systems.


 Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Educational Eligibility: Must have graduated (or be graduating) with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree between February 2025 and August 2026 .

  • Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work full-time in the UAE without company sponsorship .
