We are seeking a Business Insurance Specialist (Account Service Lead) for our commercial unit based in our Montreal branch!

In this capacity as an Account Service Lead, your duty is to support the Account Director in client oversight. You will build and sustain premier partnerships with an emphasis on securing long-term consumer loyalty.

Daily Tasks as an Account Service Lead

  • Supervise a client portfolio with a forward-thinking approach by analyzing risk variables and claims history while recommending suitable protection plans.

  • Maintain maximum account loyalty by offering superior support through consistent outreach to ensure quality standards and consumer requirements are achieved.

  • Pinpoint the requirements of potential patrons through investigation and the use of pertinent tools and corporate assets.

  • Process new contracts, periodic renewals, and policy adjustments with precision.

  • Audit contract language and supplementary records for correctness and detail.

  • Attend sector events and specific community engagement programs.
