Expert Analysis

The $55k – $85k salary range for a CSR in Barrie is highly competitive for 2026, especially for an employee-owned firm. BFL’s focus on “entrepreneurial culture” suggests they want brokers who can think like business owners, not just task-takers. For a professional with 3+ years of experience, this is a significant opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a new branch expansion.

Career Path

Working at BFL often leads to a Client Executive (Producer) path or a Client Service Manager role. Because BFL is one of the largest independent firms in North America, employees can specialize in high-value niches like Directors & Officers (D&O), Professional Liability, or International Logistics.
