We are currently seeking a Skilled Commercial Insurance Professional (Client Service Manager) for our branch located in Laval!
In this capacity, you will collaborate with the Client Executive to actively oversee their client portfolio, ensuring high levels of customer loyalty while aiding in the expansion of the accounts.

Your Daily Activities as a Client Service Manager

Actively oversee a portfolio by evaluating client risks and loss records while offering suitable insurance protections and fixes.

Secure the highest levels of customer retention by delivering superior support through frequent interactions with policyholders.

Examine insurance contracts and related paperwork to confirm precision and completion.

Manage the assembly of risk assessment applications; keep track of pertinent account records and messages.

Organize renewal schedules, logs, and files for insurance contracts to ensure they remain structured and current.

Solicit and track down absent data, contract changes, and insurance paperwork from providers.

Communicate with risk evaluators, agency partners, and policyholders regarding pending tasks. Oversee and address overdue payments in partnership with the Accounting branch.

Apply suitable protocols for managing insurance claims and mitigating risks.

Identify the requirements of prospective customers by investigating and using relevant tools.

Cultivate a broad web of industry connections.

Assist the Client Executive in expanding their book of business.

Carry out additional tasks and unique assignments as needed.
Our Preferred Applicant

5 to 10 years of background in commercial insurance brokering, specifically with transportation and supply chain accounts is advantageous.

Active insurance brokerage certification granted by the AMF.

Collaborative individual with robust task oversight and demonstration abilities.

Fluent in both French and English with high-level communication skills, as the role requires English interaction with partners and clients outside of Quebec.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, and Word).

Familiarity with the EPIC platform is a benefit.
