As a Delivery Driver for AutoZone, you are the backbone of our commercial business. You aren’t just driving a van; you are a critical link in the automotive repair chain, ensuring that local shops and commercial accounts get the parts they need to keep their customers on the road. You’ll represent the AutoZone brand by delivering “WOW! Customer Service” directly to the front doors of professional mechanics and DIY enthusiasts alike.
Your Role: Driving the Extra Mile
You are responsible for the safe, efficient, and professional transport of automotive parts.

Delivery Operations: Drive company-provided vehicles to deliver parts to commercial customers, adhering to strict route schedules and time metrics.

Inventory Handling: Load and unload merchandise, ensuring accuracy between the invoice and the physical parts. You must be able to lift and move heavy automotive components (like batteries and brake rotors).

Returns & Cores: Manage the “Reverse Logistics” by collecting returns and “cores” (recyclable parts) from customers and outside vendors.

Vehicle Stewardship: Perform basic fleet maintenance checks and report any vehicle issues promptly to ensure safety and reliability.

Financial Integrity: Securely process cash and charge transactions at the point of delivery.
What You’ll Need

Age & Licensing: Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record that meets AutoZone’s safety standards.

Automotive Foundation: A basic knowledge of automotive parts is required to ensure you are delivering the correct components.

Physical Ability: Capability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise throughout your shift.

Availability: A flexible schedule is a must, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as required.

Bonus Skills: Bilingual (Spanish/English) communication skills and a Hazmat endorsement are highly valued.
