The Fairmont culture is defined by its mission to “turn moments into memories” through authentically local experiences and warm, engaging service.

  • The Heartist® Philosophy: As part of the Accor group, Fairmont embraces the “Heartist” mindset—viewing hospitality as an art form rooted in sincere human connection rather than rigid scripts.

  • Fairmont Service Promise: The culture rests on five core promises, emphasizing the anticipation of guest needs and treating every individual with “natural warmth and genuine kindness.”

  • Stewardship & Sustainability: Fairmont has been a pioneer in “Green Partnerships” since the 1990s. Today, this continues through the Serve 360 program, which focuses on eliminating single-use plastics and achieving net-zero carbon emissions.
