-
Values: A commitment to the core values of Care, Compassion, and Commitment.
The Integrated Clinical Data Ecosystem
In this role, you sit at the center of a “Digital Care” ecosystem. Your work ensures that a resident’s clinical data travels securely from a tablet at their bedside to a high-level performance dashboard in the boardroom.
Employee Benefits
-
Award-Winning Culture: Join a top-five health and social care provider.
-
Leave: 25 days holiday.
-
Financial Support: Fully funded enhanced DBS check and long-service awards.
-
Professional Growth: Clear career development pathways with salary increments as you progress.
Application Tip: Highlight your “Hybrid” Capabilities
Because this role covers both Data and Admin, your application should demonstrate balance:
-
The “Data” Side: Mention a specific dashboard you built that solved a problem (e.g., “Reduced reporting time by 20% using Power BI”).
-
The “System” Side: Highlight your experience with hardware and networking in a multi-site environment.
-
The “Clinical” Context: If you have worked with Access Care Planning or in a regulated healthcare setting, make this a focal point of your CV, as industry-specific platform knowledge is a major advantage.
