Job Overview
As a Part-Time Weekend Cleaner, you will maintain cleanliness and sanitation in residential communities, common areas, and vacant suites. This hands-on, physically active role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working independently while contributing to a high-quality living environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry and garbage rooms, amenity areas, and vacant suites

• Perform suite touch-ups and assist with snow removal and touch-up painting

• Manage cleaning inventory and maintain equipment

• Complete other tasks or assist other sites as needed

• Provide excellent customer service to residents

Qualifications

• 2+ years of cleaning experience

• Ability to walk, stand, climb stairs, and lift up to 90 kg using proper equipment

• Working knowledge of English (verbal and written)

• Strong time-management skills and a positive attitude

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
