Expert Analysis
Boardwalk is known for its “Associate-first” culture. For a cleaner, this means you aren’t just a vendor—you’re a valued member of the property management team. The requirement to maneuver up to 90kg (with equipment) and handle snow removal indicates this is a labor-intensive role. The “Profit-Sharing” and “RRSP Matching” make this one of the most financially stable part-time cleaning jobs in the Edmonton market.
Location & Logistics Guide
Boardwalk has a massive footprint in Edmonton, with clusters of buildings in areas like Oliver, Griesbach, and Mill Woods. Because you are working weekends, you will often be the primary point of contact for residents regarding building cleanliness. Having a reliable vehicle is non-negotiable for the “assist other sites” requirement.
