Clean Team Member – Full-time / Part-time

Job Duties

• Deliver customer service with a helpful attitude by seeking opportunities to delight guests.

• Maintain fully stocked and fronted coolers, shelves, fast lane merchandise, and displays at all times.

• Clean and maintain store equipment to ensure high-margin products like coffee and fountain drinks are ready for guests.

• Sanitize restrooms, windows, floors, shelving, and counters according to daily operating checklists.

• Clean gas pumps and external grounds, including the parking lot, to maintain a welcoming facility.

• Advise store management immediately regarding any identified maintenance or safety problems.

• Practice safe working habits in strict alignment with company safety rules and procedures.

• Utilize the Customer Service Department correctly to resolve guest-related issues.

• Follow all specific company policies and operational procedures as outlined on the store intranet.

• Record all working hours accurately using the TOTS system and verify time reports regularly.

Requirements

• Demonstrate a high level of energy and a strong work ethic in a physically active role.

• Speak, read, understand, and write the English language effectively.

• Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Follow detailed instructions from store management to support broader store goals.

• Climb a ladder to clean high surfaces, stock top shelves, or perform price changes.

• Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with diverse guests and colleagues.

• Manage time effectively to complete daily checklists and additional assigned duties.
