Job Overview
As a Christmas Market Team Member, you will engage with customers, pour samples, sell products, maintain booth cleanliness, manage cash and inventory, and assist in setup and breakdown. This role is seasonal and requires availability for specific November and December market dates, including training in late October.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, friendly, and engaging atmosphere for customers

• Represent the Uncommon brand positively and share product knowledge

• Sell and recommend ciders and merchandise; pour samples

• Set up and break down booths according to guidelines

• Maintain cleanliness and food-safe handling standards

• Track inventory and adhere to cash handling policies

• Collaborate with team members and ensure smooth operations

• Attend training sessions and stay informed on product updates

Requirements

• ProServe certification

• Class 5 driver’s license and clean driving abstract

• Own vehicle and available to travel to markets

• Availability for weekend shifts on all assigned market dates

• Previous hospitality or craft alcohol service experience preferred

• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

• Self-starter with ability to work independently

• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems

• Passion for cider and craft beverage industry
