Job Overview
As a Part-Time Team Member, you will serve guests, prepare food, maintain a clean and safe environment, and contribute to a team culture built on integrity, joy, growth, and collaboration. This role offers hands-on experience, flexible hours, and the chance to learn valuable customer service and business skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest service while embodying Chick-fil-A’s vision and values

• Take orders, process payments, and prepare food accurately and efficiently

• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety throughout the restaurant

• Support opening, closing, cleaning, and stocking procedures

• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues using the guest recovery model

• Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive, supportive environment

• Perform physical activities including lifting, balancing, walking, and handling materials

Qualifications

• Legal eligibility to work in Canada, including past 9 PM in Alberta

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills

• Reliable transportation and punctuality

• Previous restaurant experience and food safety certification are an asset, but not required
