Responsibilities
As a staff member, you will be accountable for the following tasks:
• Representing the mission and principles of Chick-fil-A South Edmonton Common
• Demonstrating concern for Visitors and colleagues throughout the day
• Utilizing the “CORE 4” hospitality standards during all interactions
• Delivering “Second Mile” level support
• Managing visitor requests and issues using our resolution framework to ensure contentment
• Engaging with Visitors and offering hospitality to all restaurant guests
• Strictly following all protection and safety protocols
• Preserving a highly sanitized and organized workspace
• Recording visitor requests and managing financial transactions
• Consistently adhering to all currency management and facility protection rules
• Preparing, cooking, and boxing high-quality food (raw, warm, and chilled) following all standard manuals
• Distributing meals rapidly with precise order fulfillment
• Performing daily startup, shutdown, sanitation, and inventory tasks
