Job Overview
As a Cashier/Server, you will greet and assist customers, process orders and payments, serve food and beverages, and maintain clean and organized dining spaces. You’ll contribute to smooth operations while ensuring travelers enjoy a positive, efficient dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with orders

• Accurately take and input orders into the POS system

• Process cash, credit, and debit payments efficiently

• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and work areas

• Restock supplies and ensure the restaurant is fully prepared

• Follow health and safety guidelines consistently

• Address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or food service experience preferred, but not required

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask

• Team player with a passion for excellent customer service

• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Minimum age: 18 years

• Ability to perform under pressure, especially during peak airport traffic
